Ingredientes: 2 rabos de res, limpios y cortados en pedazos de más o menos 10 centímetros 1/2 taza de aceite de oliva 1 libra de cebolla 1/2 cabeza de ajo 3 pimientos grandes asados y pelados 1/2 taza de perejil bien picadito 1 taza de salsa de tomate 1-1/2 cucharada de sal 1/2 cucharadita de comino 1/4 cucharadita de orégano 3 tazas de vino seco o tinto Ajíes picantes o salsa picante de ajíes a gusto.
Ingredients: 2 oxtails, cleaned and cut into pieces about 10 centimeters 1/2 cup olive oil 1 pound onion 1/2 head of garlic 3 large peppers, roasted and peeled 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley 1 cup tomato sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons salt 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon oregano 3 cups dry or red wine Hot peppers or hot pepper sauce to taste.
Shackles or chains?
Spending the month of June in Cuba and returning back home, took a very heavy toll. Emotional, psychological etc. For example, I went to see my uncle Frank who is 88 years old. Tio Francisco is the only uncle left alive, since all my aunts and uncles have passed. I saw the state in which the Protein-Caloric malnutrition is spread especially amongst the Elderly. Famine is there. While doing missionary medicine, I realized things were worse than my last visit in 2000. These and other factors brought a spiritual cry, that my soul could only pray and plead. Then I started hearing this Hymn nonstop within me. Here is a version of this Divine intervention that soothes and dries my tears. Please pray! Humbly, Elizabeth

Sarcoptes Scabies: Scabies is a skin condition caused by the human itch mite called Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis12. The microscopic scabies mite burrows into the upper layer of the skin where it lives and lays its eggs1.
